Your local pound should have some or there is always a rabbit rescue nearby. We have Bunny Bunch and The Velveteen Rescue down here in LA, I'm sure there's something up in the bay area.
I have adults for adoption if you are interested.

Never Never Buy a Rabbit. Always rescue! :) Definitely your local shelter/Animal Control area. Those bunnies are sometimes even show quality bought for hundreds of dollars and dumped at a shelter because they are a lot of work...not a stuffed animal. :)

Cool, thanks guys. I agree, loving/raising rabbits is also a commitment of labor. I didn't know so many rabbits are available for adoption in the Bay Area. Will definitely go this route.

I have to WONDERFUL bunnies for adoption! Following is a description... I can send pictures if you like :)

Twitch and Trixie are two friendly dwarf-hotot rabbits seeking a loving, rabbit savvy family. They are brother and sister and love each other very much. While they are friendly and get along with cats and people alike, they are tightly bonded and very content with each other. Two-year-old siblings, they are very health eaters and have excellent litter box habits. Twitch and Trixie are exceptionally beautiful all white rabbits with blue eyes and dark black "eyeliner". Twitch and Trixie will make wonderful house bunnies!

Sometimes when you visit the animal shelter you wouldn't even know there were rabbits there unless you ask. When I adopted my Budro for a companion to Bunny, there were three mothers with babies. Another great thing about adopting from the shelter (at least in CA.) the buns are already fixed.
